If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.

Boots that are 5 years or older are classed as collectors items. We are selling all of our boots that are 5 years or older for collection purposes. If you wish to wear them then it is at your own risk as we can not guarantee materials will be as robust as what they were when they were first manufactured , it is also advised not to wear any boot , new or old ,on the wrong surface . Please understand and respect our terms and there are strictly no refunds for boots that do not perform to original expectations if they are 5 years old or older. By buying these boots you are accepting our refund policy. This policy allows us to source and supply the rarest boots ever made at sensible prices.

Please contact us (via Instagram) and state your name and order number. 

Once we have received your information, we will send you the address in which your items need to be returned to. We do not offer free returns, it is the customer's responsibility to send the item/s back.

Once the item has been received and inspected to ensure they have been returned in the original condition, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email to notify you that the refund is in process.

We ship worldwide using their International Tracked and Signed For (Insured) service for Worldwide orders.

UK parcels will be sent via the Royal Mail Signed for service and will be delivered within 2-3 working days Monday - Friday.

International parcels will arrive 5-7 working days subject to customs clearance.

Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day.

For all orders you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
